Casa “La Mariposa” is located in the Loma Verde Project, near Buena Vista beach and 5 min driving to Samara beach. It is a two-story house, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
Inside it is adorned with gleaming touches of local wood, including red cedar and teak, designed in a local workshop, including windows, doors and furniture in general.
The first floor is divided into two bedrooms with views of the pool and green areas that are around the house. The living room and kitchen both have red cedar wood finishes.
Around the house it has walkways all roofed that give access to the gardens of the house, and an access walkway to the “Rancho” and the pool. The surrounding trees provide a feeling of freshness throughout the day and provide a perfect environment for relaxing, working or holding outdoor gatherings in the “Rancho”.
The pool measures 4m x 7m and is ideal for swimming. Surrounded by colorful plants and its in front of the “Rancho” which brings out the possibility to have pool gatherings or grill parties with friends and kids.
On the second floor is the third room with plenty of space to condition it as a second living room, office or workshop with access to the balcony overlooking the pool and the property’s gardens, and like all the rest of the house it also has ceiling fans.
At the entrance to the property is the garage with space for two cars and designed with a more traditional style in the form of a “Rancho”, so as not to lose the rustic and modern style with which the house was designed.
